Adam Brett is a Software Developer with over 10 years experience creating cutting edge web applications. Currently working full time for Image+ Ltd in Coventry, and freelancing though my own company, Votive Media Ltd, I develop a wide range of applications, from basic content management systems, to fully loaded intranets, and ecommerce sites.

I have always been at the cutting edge, adapting semantic xhtml and css standards long before other local companies, and strive to always keep one step ahead, with forward thinking methodologies and techniques.

My primary work is writing bespoke applications with CakePHP, but I do also work with open source technologies, such as Magento, Joomla!, and WordPress when the need arises.

This site is primarily intended as a resource.  Firstly for myself, to document the things I develop and come across in my day-to-day work, and secondly (hopfully), for the wider community, to learn from my mistakes and to help collectively impove and discuss the things that we do.
